The European Distance and E-Learning Network (EDEN) is Europe's largest network of institutions and individuals dealing with e-learning, and – more broadly speaking – open and distance education. Its purpose is to share knowledge and improve understanding amongst professionals in distance and e-learning.
Since 2018, and for a period of three years, UOC Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences professor, Josep Maria Duart Montoliu, has been EDEN's vice president for research and academic activities.
